Sports and movement have been part of my life from an early age.

I grew up playing across multiple sports, including soccer, hockey, swimming, badminton, and roller skating. Different environments taught me discipline, adaptability, and how the body performs beyond a single style of training.

Over time I developed a deeper interest in training, not just for performance, but for longevity, movement quality, and real-world strength. That led to Kinetic Wolf.

My coaching combines functional training, calisthenics, and hybrid strength training to build bodies that are strong, mobile, athletic, controlled, and capable in everyday life.
