Is this only online, or do you train in person?
Coaching is delivered online so we can work with clients across Canada. In-person sessions are available in the Toronto area on request.
How much time do I need each week?
Most clients train three to five hours a week. Programs are scaled to your schedule, not the other way around.
Do I need a full gym?
No. We've built programs that work with full gyms, garage setups, and bodyweight only. Tell us what you've got and we'll work with it.
What if I'm coming back from an injury?
We start with assessment, mobility, and movement quality. Strength is built on top of a body that moves well.
